Locations: Indianapolis, IN; Mount Vernon, OH
Travel required (up to 5 days/week) – hotels & per diem covered when overnight travel is required!

Job Responsibilities:
✅Climb telecom towers up to 350+ feet (using full safety gear – training provided!)
✅Install & maintain 4G/5G telecom equipment
✅Work outdoors in all weather conditions
✅Use safety gear & follow strict safety protocols
✅Travel with a crew – all expenses covered!

Who We’re Looking For:
✅Worked in construction, roofing, HVAC, scaffolding, general labor, or similar trades? You’re a great fit!
✅Military veterans and first responders are highly encouraged to apply!

✅ $22-$32/hr + overtime pay (40-60 hrs/week)

Job Requirements:
✅Must have a valid driver’s license
✅Must be within commuting distance to Indianapolis, IN
✅Pass background check & drug test
✅Physically fit – able to lift 50+ lbs & climb towers
